GEF Development's early beginnings started with a  vision in 1987 from its founder Glenn Farner to build custom homes to the highest possible standards.

Glenn, a native Arizonan relocated to North Scottsdale after "growing up" in the construction industry like his father, now both sons - Austin and Cameron continue with the same commitment to excellence.
