The very first GEF Development home 1987

GEF Development's early beginnings started with a vision in 1987 from its founder Glenn Farner to build custom homes to the highest standards.

Glenn, a native Arizonan relocated to North Scottsdale after "growing up" in the construction industry like his father, now both sons - Austin and Cameron continue with the same commitment to excellence.

A successful custom home experience begins with communication and trust. Along with value engineering and personal attention, GEF Development being one of the very few custom homebuilders left that the principals themselves are on site supervising all aspects of construction, clients can be assured there best interest is always the goal. Past clients remaining close friends can attest to a level of honesty and sincerity rare in this day and age.
